- Establishes, develops, and Maintains business relationships with customers to generate sales
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; and find properties that meet those needs
- Act as an intermediary between seller and potential buyer
- Networks, Prospects and generates sales leads
- Expedites the resolution of any customer query's and complaints and provides after sales support
- Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
- Develops and maintains an in depth Knowledge of all aspects of the property market.
- BSc/ Hnd in or relevant field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 Years Experience in Sales and Marketing with Real Estate experience
- Strong problem solving, negotiation & closing skills
- A solid record of achievements in prior sales position(s)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
