Job Summary

Consists of documenting client requirements, implementation and configuration of business solutions, training of end users, supporting clients using our solutions and managing implementation projects.

Job Description

Core Task
Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of implementation and support activities;
Develop an implementation plan and schedule of documents required from clients;
Install, create and manage SQL and MySQL Databases for clients;
Work with the Customer Service team to respond to and resolve issues logged by clients;
Coordinate Migration of Legacy Data during implementation;
Develop/update training resources and train clients on business solutions;
Carry out general, unit and functional tests on the business solution and document test results;
Log issues and bugs and carry out follow up tests when issues are resolved;
Use online platforms to update, track and report all activities carried out on projects and for clients;
Ensure all interactions with clients are documented, all changes approved by the clients and unresolved issues escalated appropriately.
Use queries and reporting tools combined with excellent knowledge of SQL to pull data and generate reports and charts for clients when required.


Qualifications and Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent;
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to use logic and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions; 
Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
Ability to monitor or assess performance of yourself, other individuals, or organization to make improvements or take corrective action. 
Ability to use SQL and MySQL tools to write quires and generate reports for clients.

Report to the Head of Technology or the Managing Director

Working Condition
This is a full-time position with work hours between 8am and 5pm. Successful candidate may be required to work late or on Saturdays whenever required.
Successful candidate will be required to fully comply and adhere to internal policies and use of online tools for day to day activities and reporting.


Renumeration will range from N70,000 to N100,000 depending on the level of experience and skill sets of the candidate.
