- Achieve performance goals and objectives in line with company-wide vision or goals.
- Respond, update, close out customer queries on our customer support software.
- Track and improve issue resolution.
- Go above and beyond to delight our customers.
- 1+ year customer support experience (bonus if it's with tech a company)
- Experience using customer support software (Zendesk, Freshdesk etc.)
- Advanced written communication skills
- Knowledge using web-based software
- Experience running your own website (bonus)
- Your own laptop and fast internet speeds
This is a remote job so after onboarding, you can work from anywhere. There will be daily progress reports and weekly meetups around Lagos to make sure you have everything you need to do a great job.
