Job Summary

Ensuring that the customer service operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Would be responsible for managing the call agents and receptionists.

Job Description

Sevissmaster is a new company founded out of the need to make services ordering more convenient. It focuses on convenience, standards and rewards. It is seeks to connect users with nearest available service providers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that call targets are met and enquiries dealt with efficiently.
  • Managing agent rotas and time on/off.
  • Would be expected to produce & manage call agent telephone protocol documents.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Degree/HND
  • Any customer service certification would be a bonus

Experience:

  • Must have at least 6 years experience as a customer service agent with at least the last two years in a managerial role managing call agents.
  • Must be very familiar with call agent systems and very familiar with at least one (e.g. elastix, avaya etc)

Skills:

  • Must be able to both work with and manage a team of people
  • Must be able to communicate fluently both orally and written English
  • Must be able to deliver without any excuses
  • Must have people management skills
