Nathans Limited owners of the largest dry cleaning Chain in Africa is looking for Customer Service Executives for our Owerri, Asaba & PH branches.

Your Responsibilities shall include:

  • Handle customers complaints, inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Collecting and inspecting of customer items before registering it.
  • Collecting customers items and entering into the system
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Reporting to the Manager  and assist in other duties as may be assigned by your superior
