  • Liaising with customers via phone, email, social media and face to face for walk-in customers/ customer visits. 
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Supporting sales and business development units in the department.
  • Dealing with adjustments in customer requests and orders.
  • Escalating any complaints.
  • Updating the CRM software after interacting with a customer.
