As the voice of the business, the customer service clerk is responsible for assisting customers with selections and assuring quality in production.

Job Description

  • Provide GREAT customer service.
  • Maximize product sales by telling customers about products, offering samples and suggestions for use, preparation and menu ideas.
  • Properly package products for retail
  • Assure that all stock is maintained at the appropriate level and work with kitchen to make sure products are readily made available.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area including sales floor and backroom areas.
  • Maintain pricing integrity by ensuring that products are labeled and priced correctly.
  • Present products in the most desirable way to maximize appearance, presentation, and sales.
  • Account for products received and goods delivered
  • Answer customer service phone for taking orders and preparing for delivery.  

 

REQUIREMENT

- This role requires good people skills. 

- Must have a good command of the English Language

- Must possess ability to read, spell, complete phone orders and follow instructions

- Must be outgoing (this is not a position for a shy person)



SALARY: N30,000 a Month
