Job Description

  • Tracking campaigns’ performances.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to create, deploy and monitor various customer retention campaigns.
  • Reporting.
  • Support in optimizing PPC components on Paid Search, Display, Social Media & Programmatic Campaigns.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies for the company to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  • Deciding on a CRM platform, structure, and architecture that works best for Betbiga’s needs.
  • Ensuring that the platform works perfectly across all departments and that it captures all required information at key points in the customer’s life cycle.
  • Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) work. These will include customer profiling and analysis.
  • Overseeing direct communications with customers through CRM.
  • Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (gambling or e-commerce experience offers a significant advantage).
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing; Paid Search, PPC, Display, Email, Mobile and so on.
  • Certification in CRM.
