- Tracking campaigns’ performances.
- Working closely with the marketing team to create, deploy and monitor various customer retention campaigns.
- Support in optimizing PPC components on Paid Search, Display, Social Media & Programmatic Campaigns.
- Planning and delivering CRM strategies for the company to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Deciding on a CRM platform, structure, and architecture that works best for Betbiga’s needs.
- Ensuring that the platform works perfectly across all departments and that it captures all required information at key points in the customer’s life cycle.
- Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) work. These will include customer profiling and analysis.
- Overseeing direct communications with customers through CRM.
- Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability.
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (gambling or e-commerce experience offers a significant advantage).
- Knowledge of CRM best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing; Paid Search, PPC, Display, Email, Mobile and so on.
- Certification in CRM.
