Job Description

  • Reception of patients/visitors;
  • Registration of new patients;
  • Scheduling of appointments;
  • Handling of phone calls and enquiries;
  • Management of front office and facilities;
  • Documentation and filing;
  • Invoicing and collection of payments;
  • Dispensing of drugs, spectacles, lens etc;
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
 The role requires excellent people skills, good verbal communication skills and computer literacy (Microsoft suite).
