- Reception of patients/visitors;
- Registration of new patients;
- Scheduling of appointments;
- Handling of phone calls and enquiries;
- Management of front office and facilities;
- Documentation and filing;
- Invoicing and collection of payments;
- Dispensing of drugs, spectacles, lens etc;
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
The role requires excellent people skills, good verbal communication skills and computer literacy (Microsoft suite).
