- You will be the first point of contact to customers with inquiries and placing bets on their behalf over the phone and online.
- You are expected to provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and web chat.
- A B.Sc. or HND in any field from a recognised institution.
- 1 - 3 years’ work experience in a reputable organisation/contact centre or a sports betting company will be an added advantage
- Good numerical Skills.
- Applicant must be ICT proficient and be able to use a CRM software Passionate about sports
- Exceptional phone manners and communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong numerical skills.
- A team player
- Must be prepared to work during weekends.
