Job Description

  • As an agent, you are the face of the business. You will be the first point of contact to customers with inquiries and placing bets on their behalf over the phone and online.
  • You are expected to provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and web chat.

Requirement/Qualification

  • A B.Sc. or HND in any field from a recognised institution.
  • 1 - 3 years’ work experience in a reputable organisation/contact centre or a sports betting company will be an added advantage
  • Good numerical Skills.
  • Applicant must be ICT proficient and be able to use a CRM software Passionate about sports
  • Exceptional phone manners and communication skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical skills.
  • A team player
  • Must be prepared to work during weekends.
