Job Description

Location: Ikoyi – Lagos 

Preferred Age Minimum of 45 years

The Corporate Services Operations Manager’s role involves planning and supervising all the operational functions of a company. The person is responsible for all streamlining administrative functions, including operations, financial admin management, process improvement, identifying various compliance issues and strategic planning and development.

Preferred Profile:

  • Female preferred candidate
  • Must have a strong sense of professionalism
  • Displays energetic and passionate discharge of responsibilities
  • Must be able to showcase integrity and confidentiality
  • Experienced with Company Branding and Image Management
  • Critical & Analytical thinking skills and ability to manage several responsibilities while overseeing different BU functions
  • Must have worked in Lagos for a minimum of 5 years
  • Must be able to speak proper and fluent English, have strong presentation and communication skills (written, spoken & phone)
  • Strong Interpersonal & motivational skills

The candidate must display:

  • Evidence of strong delegation abilities and execution
  • Proven history of successful Brand Management and Corporate Services Management (i.e. customer services, internal business unit management, people management, collaboration skills)
  • Evidence of in-house training skills
  • Experience with reports and presentations
  • Excellent command of MS Office & common applications/software
  • Ability to manage 3rd Party Vendors for proper management

Education & Skills Required

  • Minimum Education Required 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or
  • Human Resources or Business Operations
  • Membership / Certification of a professional
  • engineering body. CIPM, SHRM, PHR, SPHRi 
  • Minimum Years of Experience Required
  • Minimum 8 years of Corporate Services/HR
  • Management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Executive Management experience in a process-oriented corporate environment
