Job Description

Being the first contact person for high profile and institutional clients, mainly depositors

Building up deposit portfolio within the budget needs and the targets set
Pro-active and constant acquisition of new depositors and other high net value clients
Provision of technical support in other relevant areas upon supervisor’s request
Regular activity report submission
Main Responsibilities
  • CONTACT PRESON FOR HIGH PROFILE AND INSTITUTIONAL DEPOSITORS
  • Understanding client requirements and advising on best fit for them (recommending product)
  • Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
  • ACQUISITION OF NEW DEPOSITS,HIGH NET VALUE CLIENTS & DEPOSIT PORTOLIO BUILD UP
  • Reaching out to new clients, making presentations outlining the benefit of our product and services
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity ,generating leads, and target identification
  • Establishing personal networks
  • Contribute by ensuring budget needs and set targets are met
  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO SUPERVISOR
  • Review of products and improvement
  • Current industry trends, market activities and competitors

Preparation of report by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Data reporting to management and market intelligence
Provides information to CBO
Technical/ Professional

Limits of Authority
Taking all decisions and actions according to the bank’s code of conduct, policies, procedures, memos and all other regulations

Minimum required Qualifications and Competencies
  • Education & Training
  • Bsc/HND
  • Knowledge & Experience
  • (2 Years)
  • (Soft Skills , Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Core Competencies
  • (Communication skills , soft skills, planning , ability to multi-task , efficient turnaround time)
  • Key Result Area
  • To work on quarterly, monthly and weekly reports
  • Monitoring of performance of branches and individuals
  • Ensure annual trainings are conducted as at when due
