Job Description

Contract Management
Keep records/contract documents for all the vessels’ engagement (Adhoc/short term and long term).
Develop standards for contracts, including presentation of budget, payment terms, general language and provisions.
Prepare and validate invoices with accounts department for clients on time for jobs/contract execution in line with the contract.
Provide executive management with mandatory weekly/monthly records of all pending receivable for job already executed and duly validated by account department
Prepare weekly/monthly schedule of past due obligations for Aquashield duly validated by account department.
Provide executive management with weekly/monthly action plan/proposal for recovery of overdue receivables.
Review contractual performance as it relates to payment deadlines to ensure compliance with terms of the contract as well as identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal.

Nigerian Content Management
Prepare, present and issue Nigerian Content Reports
Design procedures required for implementation of Nigeria Content
Provide tools and process to measure and monitor compliance with Nigeria Content Plan
Ensure personnel awareness on the requirements of the Nigerian content plan by facilitating trainings and seminars
Monitor actual implementation of the Nigerian Content plan and propose corrective actions
Update, plan and incorporate the latest directive(s) as issued by NCDMB
Co-ordinate and supervise the performance of Nigeria content in accordance with approved procedures Compliance
Ensure that all documentation for regulatory and statutory authorities are carried out in a timely manner.
Develop regularly and compliance template to track prompt compliance with expected standard. 

Qualifications and Requirements:  
LLB, a Master degree in Law or a Master degree in Management related courses
Minimum 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
At least 2 years experience as a Nigerian Content Advisor or a compliance officer.
