Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Learning Development:
  • Content Development 
  • Benchmarks for Learning Content
  • Instructional Design
  • Review of content to determine ability to bridge learning gaps
  • Quality Assurance and Control
  • Assist with Training Faculty Management (Internal & External)
  • Development of an Evaluation and Impact Assessment Framework
  • Training Research & Development
  • Learning & Development Effectiveness Rating
  • Learning Architecture Maturity Assessment

Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure content for all courses are reviewed and up-to-date
  • DLT Annual Learning Calendar 
  • Ensure at least 3 facilitators on all management, leadership and personal development courses
  • Prompt response on request for proposals
  • Future initiatives on learning
  • Continuous research on learning 
  • Training Facilitation 

Education Qualification:

  • A good university degree

Professional Qualification:

  • Any relevant professional qualification
