Authoring and compilation of construction workpacks and sequenced jobcards.
Production of test and Inspection Matrices and method statements.
Production of weight control data sheets.
Interfacing with design team and Offshore Construction Team to optimise build sequence and commissioning sequence.
Interfacing with Offshore Construction Team to ensure all items required for construction readiness are clearly identified within the workpack.
Ensure all aspects of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Scope of Work (SOW) are addressed within the workpack.
Liaise with planner to produce detailed Level IV schedule for installation and construction activities.
Ability to review engineering design drawings and undertake constructability reviews of design.
Full working knowledge of construction activities in relation to the relevant Piping, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument discipline.
Ability to visit onshore facilities or offshore installations and discuss with construction supervisors and facilities management on issues and possible solution to problems of constructability within scope of work.
B.Sc, HND in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5years experience in the oil and gas construction niche required.
Experience in a similar workpack development engineer role is a requirement for this position.
Familiar and competent in the utilisation of Design Package information, Piping Isometrics, Structural Drawings and P&ID's
