Job Description

Etech Mobile is a Technical Solution Provider which is specialized on providing Mobile Value Added Services (MVAS) for various telecom operators, enterprises and content providers alike to render exquisite and innovative services in a very cost effective way; providing a full range of Content aggregator services in the VAS sector including Mobile Marketing (Promotional Mobile Sweepstakes Contest, direct carrier billing, ShortCode Promotional Coupons, ShortCode Voting and Polling ), Mobile content monetization, Mobile Apps Development. 

Job Requirements

  • LLB/BL required; LLM is an added advantage
  • At least 2 years’ experience with 1 year in a management role.
  • Thorough understanding of general and specific Company and commercial law.
  • Experience in licensing, permitting and regulatory affairs.
  • Experience in consumer-facing businesses, capacity sales businesses a plus, knowledge of telecom and/or support for sales clients preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Must be able to work effectively with others, develop and nurture a team as well as promote collaboration across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional judgement and strong initiative.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively juggle competing priorities.
  • Ability to work under pressure with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to interact effectively with other attorneys and staff, diverse in-house client groups, senior executives, opposing counsel and outside personnel.
  • Ability to interact effectively with business and technical clients in a fast-paced environment;
  • Skilled at managing client expectations, problem- solving and dispute resolution
