Responsibility includes managing the administration, corporate affairs, and legal matters. Capacity to put in place adequate legal frameworks that respond to the specific natures of the company's products. Prepare and execute contracts and agreements with customers, subscribers, and business partners. Establish a robust administrative structure for the smooth running of the organisation. Deals with staff matters.

 Experience:

Evidence of work experience in company secretariat, qualified to practice law in Nigeria, experience in the Nigerian corporate and product sales laws, familiarity with online technology and e-commerce.
