This position has overall oversight and responsible the business development, product development, marketing strategic management generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations

Job Description

  • Strategically overseeing the business development functions of the organization
  • Overseeing brand management functions
  • Overseeing the functions of data card management and issuance management
  • Preparation of sales and marketing budgets for the departments
  • Presentation of sales reports to the Board/Top Management
  • Overseeing the functions of private and public sector business development of the organization
  • Working closely with the Chief Strategist
  • Executing marketing strategic plans for the organization
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for product development for the organization
  • Liaising with Government on strategic sales and marketing policies and programs
  • Initiating Advertising and Media strategy.
  • Managing Consumer Behavior / Industry Relations.
  • Ensuring optimum Service Agreement Levels for all critical performance activities.
  • Liaising with Government Agencies on all matters relating to the product.
  • Monitoring development and delivery of products.
  • Ensuring collection of fund/ debt according to terms of payments.
  • Maintaining a viable customer database and track of activities.
  • Coaching and developing others in the team.
  • Providing an adequate platform for accountability within the team.

  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
