Client Service Officer

Key expectations:
  1. Must have an  Insurance degree, diploma, or HND

  2. Must have insurance knowlege (General Business or Life Business related) to enable easy relations with insurance clients.
  3.  Work experience with an insurance company added advantage.

Job Description: 

  • Support Clients
  • Work with the Software Project team.
  • Have a full understanding of the Application Modules
  • Track & Cross check clients for accuracy in usage of the modules
  • Write Site reports on visitation to client sites
  • Train Clients
  • Be Customer friendly and always ready to be of help
