- Receive, coordinate & assign existing customer requests through Support Desk.
- Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders.
- Quality assurance including proofreading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates.
- Providing clients with timely updates and status.
- Updating all project statuses in the Organization’s portal as frequently as possible throughout the day – and before leaving work at the end of the day.
- Review and preparation of an invoice.
- Attending all staff briefings and project status check-ins each morning
- Degree in any discipline
- Relevant work experience
- Strong social media management skills
- Must have proven experience in creating content online.
- Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, written & verbal communication skills.
- Must possess strong leadership skills
