Our client is an Educational marketing company with a simple goal that delivers quantifiable and sustainable results. 

Job Description

  • Receive, coordinate & assign existing customer requests through Support Desk.
  • Creating project dockets including budgets, timelines, creative briefs, project folders.
  • Quality assurance including proofreading and ensuring that all work presented to our clients meets their specifications and brand mandates.
  • Providing clients with timely updates and status.
  • Updating all project statuses in the Organization’s portal as frequently as possible throughout the day – and before leaving work at the end of the day.
  • Review and preparation of an invoice.
  • Attending all staff briefings and project status check-ins each morning

Requirement

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Relevant work experience
  • Strong social media management skills
  • Must have proven experience in creating content online.
  • Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess strong leadership skills
