Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for the position of Church Administrator to work on all administrative duties and deliver excellent results in a large Church. The Admin Officer will work in the church environment and also work within the approved policies.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

  • Keep Church Records
  • Manage stocks
  • Update financial records
  • Organize meetings with Pastors
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Can create a trusting and supportive environment; 
  • Communicate with all people with respect and maintains strict confidentiality.
  • Supervise other Staff
  • Assist with correspondence and church mailings as needed.          
  • Supervise Hygiene Staff.
  • Manage a fleet of vehicles and renew vehicle papers.
  • Manage Office Furniture  
  • Work with Technician on Generator Maintenance
  • Receiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.
  • Handle purchases and Manage Church Vehicles

Other Requirements

  • Must be resident in Isolo or Ejigbo or Ikotun  
  • Proven experience with achievements
  • Familiarity with administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • B.Sc in Business Amin  or Social Science
