Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
The Chief Operating Officer position provides the leadership and management to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the core operation of the business which includes the supply chain, customer operations functions and ensure the execution of all Arnergy Solar projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the organization's project execution arm ( project delivery, supply chain, people operation, strategy, environmental, social and governance).
Driving the company’s operating capability to surpass customer’s satisfaction, retention and company goals.
Spearheading strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.
Develop and lead the execution, go to market strategy and scope for the business across business verticals and geography and aligning the supporting team (supply chain, engineering and project delivery team) accordingly.
Be responsible for tracking key business performance metrics, understanding efficiency metrics across cost, quality, time, etc, and for suggesting / implementing tactics to continuously advance performance.
Bring, train, build, evaluate and maintain relationships with key labor partners, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, installation partners – partnership mentality.
Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for engineering and technical work.
Develop corporate-wide functional Standard operating procedures for effective & efficient operation.
Overseeing and coordinating internal resources & third party vendors to ensure flawless execution.
Develop, maintain and create value through commercial cost strategies with key external engineering, procurement and construction partners.
Ensure operations are executed with high levels of safety, quality, deliver best in class quality projects, QA/QC standards while encouraging continuous improvement.
Serving as a thought leader and represent the company at events and conferences.
Delivering monthly, quarterly and annually installed site count,Installed PV & Installed Storage capacity ensuring corporate targets are met consistently.
Be a thought leader and represent company in events and conferences.
Preparing reports and updates for monthly Board call and quarterly Board meeting and updating CEO with the requisite information as needed.

Education and Experience
BSc in any related field and a Master's degree or MBA is required
Minimum of 15 years’ experience and at least five years in a senior management role
