Provide overall leadership, management, vision and control to ensure that the company has necessary operational, administrative and reporting procedures in place.

Job Description

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures that will lead to the growth/expansion of the company.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT,
  • Innovation & Creativity, Projects, Accounts etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Assist Directors in fundraising ventures
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendor
  • Collaborate with the Directors in setting and driving organizational vision,operational strategy, and hiring needs
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly
  • inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
  • Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and taking action when necessary.
  • Over the foundation arm of the organization.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that
  • mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.

  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective
  • growth strategies and processes.
  • Assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement and
  • improvements
  • Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with
  • short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Directors
  • Directly oversee operations, HR, Admin, Project and accounting, and partner with the Directors on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term
  • Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company
  • achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
  • Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders


  • B. Sc or B.Tech business in a related discipline.
  • MBA or MSC in any management or ICT related course is an advantage.
  • 8 to 12 years’ experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources,
  • finances, operations and strategies.
  • Professional certification in Management or ICT related courses.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise.
  • Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
  • Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
  • Must be a business orientated individual who has the ability to make business projections three years into the future.
  • Between the ages of 35-45 years.
  • Must be a Tech savvy who is in turn with the technology world.
  • Education Technology experience is also an added advantage.
