The goal of this position

  • We are looking for a Chief Administrative Officer to lead the driving of the business to greater heights, by ensuring that we have the best people in the best positions. To ensure that we identify talent within our ranks and give them ample opportunities for more responsibilities. To identify weak links within our ranks and help them strengthen or help them out. To make sure people feel fulfilled and those who want to grow can grow and that the spirit and the culture of the farm is one of excellence. To develop systems which underpin the work that people do; enabling them to produce consistently high performance in the most efficient manner. 

The Company

  • While we are a farm and we love agriculture, we see ourselves first as a business. Our primary activity is the production of catfish, out of our Kuje, Abuja farm. We sell our fish live to our business customers around the Abuja area and we also dry some it to make our dried fish product which we sell nationally and are about to begin exporting. 
  • All our production is currently out of our own owned and operated ponds, with plans for an innovative, socially focussed outgrower model which we see as the key to sustainability. 
  • We produce great products and we believe in great systems and good people as the key to a being a growing successful company.

Details :

  • The position will work out of Kuje, Abuja.
  • Accommodation will be considered for exceptional candidates

Salary is a minimum of N90,000 per month. Negotiable for exceptional candidates
