Help to determine targets for the organizations, prepare strategic plans to ensure that those targets are met, Analyzing existing strategies and practices, identifying areas for improvement and developing innovative strategies related to the goals established. Responsible for focusing on expanding revenue sources for the company.Focus on areas like product development or marketing strategies.They provide direction and help motivate staff to work to implement new strategies and complete new projects. They are also responsible for reporting to management staff and may also make presentations to corporate investors or others.Working closely with the head of marketing and CEO. They come up with new ideas and strategies for their companies and ensure staff understand the targets and are able to meet goals.
