Job description

  • Generate leads and make presentations to prospects; 
  • Develop and implement a strategy for winning new private sector construction business for the company; 
  • Initiate and drive marketing and sales activities to sell company’s construction services in Nigeria;
  • Conceptualize and implement firm-wide marketing and sales strategies across all businesses;
  • Development of strong, clear content for marketing literature, materials, and other collateral for marketing and pitches;
  • Take ownership, build and manage a world-class marketing and sales team;
  • Construction Industry knowledge and experience in Abuja is compulsory.

 

Experience and Knowledge

  • Construction Sector knowledge and experience is compulsory.
  • Degree educated, possibly with an MBA, Marketing degree or similar qualification
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with proven track record
  • Solid Business Development and Marketing experience
