· To ensure that Client Relationships (including vendors and suppliers) are created and kept/ maintained an efficient and effective manner
· To address clients’ needs, requests and concerns promptly and appropriately.
· To implement systems and procedures for engaging and communicating with prospective and existing clients such as marketing campaigns and client retention plans. Our business development/marketing strategy is designed to enable us reach clients via various channels such as mail/email, website, social media platforms etc
· Provide proper vendor management by ensuring that the relationship between vendors and suppliers is kept, that they are properly compensated and continue to meet the needs of the company.
