· Evaluate, monitor and respond to market trends, environmental changes, political and social implications, competitor activities and consumer preference with a view to growing ShapShap’s market share year on year.
· Develop marketing & business development strategies for the achievement of increased customer and vendor acquisition targets, decreased operational cost as well as the achievement of departmental targets.
· Develop the client base of the company to generate sales and volume in line with the company's overall objectives.
· Support in coordinating activities and processes to realize revenue and volume objectives.
· Coordinate with Operations, Marketing and Head office for effective stakeholder liaison for zero exposure and business sustainability.
· Ensures zero financial risks to non-implementation of process/policy
· Ensures periodic visits to vendor sites and provides feedback for policy (re)direction
