Job Description

  • Developing new business pipeline coming into the organization
  • Undertake research to find new opportunities
  • Identify areas for expansion and development
  • To coordinate, manage and launch new products/business to the market place
  • Coordinate assessments for potential opportunities
  • Support the company's strategic planning process with comprehensive data and other relevant business information and ideas for the portfolio of products and businesses
  • Develop a business development plan to create and grow opportunities
  • Development of relationships with relevant key opinion leaders to positively affect the company's strategies.
  • Collect competitor intelligence to make appropriate recommendations to management for appropriate actions.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • First degree in Pharmacy or Sciences
  • 3 years' progressive career in the industry with proven achievements is desired
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to develop a strategy and manage its implementation
  • Project management & Change Management
  • PC literate with PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
  • Technical knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Business Management Skills
  • Problem Solving, Analytical and Conceptual skills
