Job Objectives
Responsible for the Lagos office desk
Drive awareness and revenue growth in Lagos
Marketing and Business development in Lagos
Providing constant feedback to the Management team
Organisation: Clients & Sales Management Group
Department: Clients Management & Sales Department Office: Lagos
Reports To: CEO Supervises: BDO Port Harcourt

Job Responsibilities
Marketing the company’s products.
Identify new prospects for the company
Collection of documents/ cheques from clients who are unable to have them uploaded
Attend to clients’ enquiries / issues
Analysing clients’ documents to determine credit worthiness.
Following through on clients’ transactions till disbursement
Administer all underwriting process
Follow up on clients’ repayment
Checking clients’ financial report with CRC
Preparation of monthly performance reports
Ensuring clients database are up to date
Follow up for documents from clients and sort out any discrepancies
Escalate issues arising from the Lagos desk immediately
Preparation of weekly reports for management
Providing management with feedback
Client relationship management
Supervise PH BDO and other staff in Lagos

Educational Qualification HND / BSc (preferable social sciences
4 years of experience
Desired Experience Experience in MFbanking / consumer or business loan company – business development, credit, and marketing.

Salary = 200000-250000
