Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sale strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.The individual will aid in attracting oil & gas companies to the services of Brightway Equipment Leasing in Port-Harcourt. The role allows the individual to engage through his/her on how they could improve and attracting potential new customers. It would allow the individuals to attend confrences on behalf of the firm and work in conjuction with the Executive Director. This is a highly demanding role which will require mentally strong individuals with determination, intergrity, responsiblility and grit.

BSc/BA in Business Admin, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Management, Sales or relevant field
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Market knowledge
Skills in Communication, problem-solving, and time management,
Negotiation, teamwork, and people skills
Ability to build rapport
Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry is a plus
IT proficiency and English is required

Selling services to new and existing customers
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Researching organizations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions.
Attending conferences locally or abroad representing to firm
Ability to make business travels for the firm.
Not Giving up Irrespective of the situation
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arranging a business meeting with prospective clients
Promote the company's services addressing or predicting client's objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide Trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
