Job Description

  • Contacting potential schools to establish rapport and arrange meetings and presentations.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching the education industry to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current schools, teachers, and individuals while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes, proposals and managing appointments
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing schools, teachers and individuals.
  • Writing reports /feedback for management.
  • Planning and preparing presentations.
  • Organizing events and interface with media.
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation.


  • Active listener.
  • Compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and
  • inbound warm leads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Good understanding of the education sector.
  • Up to date with technological trends.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Interested in technological advancements.
  • Ability to harness social media economic advantages.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Work Hour: 9 – 6 pm
  • Work Days: Monday – Friday
  • Net Pay Range: 100k – 150k /Month
  • Location: Lagos Island
