To manage and supervise ALL staff of the Shop.

Job Description

Advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
Set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
Must ensure that shop environment is clean and welcoming for customers.
To attend to customers professionally.
To ensure discipline is maintained amongst staff in the business environment. 
To ensure that all shop equipment are duly serviced and maintained periodically. 
To supervise the shop assistant and ensure that all expenses made for the business are detailed in the books.
Prospect for new clients by networking: marketing i.e. Facebook, Instagram etc.
To find avenues for business growth i.e. participation in fashion exhibitions and sales events. 
To manage books; attendance books, shop incoming and outgoing revenue book.
Responsible for providing weekly activity reports to the CEO.
To promote the business and bring customers to boost business revenue. 
Responsible for quality control on all orders before delivery to customers. 
To ensure that creative designs are made to attract customers and meet the industry standard. 
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and companies.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. *
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
Any other role that may be required and specified by the CEO from time to time. 

Minimum of BSc /OND 
Proficient with the use of computer and clerical systems.
