5+ years of cognate experience in Business Development in the Oil and Gas industry
Must have held a Management position within the last 2years
Spearheading and executing a marketing plan, in conjunction with management, in accordance with the company’s objective, including sales, advertising, PR, Newsletters, technical articles, etc
Identify market opportunities and be able to take advantage of such opportunities
Developing and implementing strategies aimed at ensuring and facilitating business growth through aggressive corporate sales
Taking the lead role in tenders and proposals co-ordination thus managing the Proposal Team in the preparation of competitive tenders/bids and proposals
Prepare MOU/JV agreements between a company and technical partners or clients
Negotiating pricing, terms and conditions of contracts with clients and/or vendors
Formulations of winning strategies in conjunction with Management and relevant departments putting into consideration the overall business targets/strategies
Take the lead role in developing and updating all company policies and company profile, organizational charts, flowcharts, presentations, progress reports, and any other company and contract documentation as required
Co-ordination of all internal and external interface required in the preparation of bids and proposals with the aim of ensuring consistency with the tender requirements
Prepare a comprehensive list of contact persons in Major E & P Companies, Government Regulators (NIPEX, NAPIMS, DPR, NCDMB), Major EPC Contractors, etc based on most recent organization structures of these companies.
Gather market intelligence and maintain an accurate and up to date customer and competitor database
Provide a weekly/monthly sales report to Management.
Minimum education qualification BSc in management or Business Administration.
