Job Description

Responsibilities

Developing growth strategies and plans ; In identifying new sales leads and prospective clients
Managing and retaining fruitful relationships with both new and existing clients
Negotiating and renegotiating via telephone, emails and in-person and to sell based on client requisition
Increasing client base to ensure pipeline growth
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Writing business proposals, Pitching products and services and follow up to ensure closing deals
Research on Key decision-makers who could influence or make a decision on purchasing the product
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Developing quotes and proposals, drafting and reviewing contracts based on client request
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Any other itineraries as assigned by the management

Requirement
Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences ETC.
Strong communication and IT fluency
Creative talents and the ability to solve problems
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational skill
Proficient with the use of PowerPoint presentations and other Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to negotiate
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
Candidate should have an insurance background experience
