Job Description

We have an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with vast experience of selling into the airline and travel industries. You will be responsible for driving the sales and business development of our client's world renowned product.


Job Brief:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products 
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Selling to Customer Needs
  • Researching and writing reputable institutions around the world with the aim of signing up Jasure Education, Visas and Travels as education recruitment agency
  • Identifying and building contact across different embassies to help facilitate or expedite visa processing for clients
  • Acquainting yourself with different Country's immigration and visa requirements so as to offer competent visa advice to our clients
  • Source for individuals that want to study abroad and assisting them with admissions and visa procurement.
  • Checking on the availability of accommodations or transportation on a traveler's desired travel dates
  • Reserving and taking payment for hotel rooms, ship cabins, tickets for transportation as well as other travel products
  • Assisting customers choose among a variety of travel options
  • Selling add-on travel products, such as tour tickets, travel insurance or upgraded seats or accommodations
  • Providing support to customers who have already made a travel purchase by confirming, changing or canceling reservations


Requirements:

  • Degree/HND in Law, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Good knowledge of school admissions, ticketing and visas is required.
  • Prolific Computer Skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Proven ability to negotiate
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Conflict resolution
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Presentation Skills
  • Knowledge of Hausa, Yoruba or Igbo  is an added advantage


Remuneration/ Benefits

N70, 000- N100, 000 / Month based on Experience, also subject to increment after probation measured based on performance.

Commission of 2% on all businesses brought in directly by this staff

Annually one week paid overseas trip to choice destination after 2years of full time employment
