A consulting firm seeks qualified candidates to fill this role
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking
- Set up meetings with potential clients, establish rapport and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Pitching products and/or service
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- To keep healthy relationships with clients
- Can Develop and grow a Business
- Any other itineraries as assigned by the management
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Executive or relevant role preferably from a financial institution.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of Marketing and Negotiating techniques and persuasive selling.
- Good with numbers
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of salespeople
- Strong communication skill
- 30-35 years Age Bracket
- A male Preferably
