- Ensure achievement of sales target and objectives

- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with clients
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Prospect for potential clients and convert them into increased business opportunities
- Recognize opportunities for distribution channels, services, and campaigns that will result in sales
- Other duties as may be assigned.
- Bsc in Business Administration/Marketing or any other related field
- MBA/MSC will be an advantage).
- Minimum of 3- 5years sales experience.
- Good, IT user skills and good e-mail etiquette skills.
- Good leadership and communication abilities.
