We are creating an open opportunity for a capable candidate to join our business development team covering Lagos and other major cities in Nigeria.
The successful candidate would have the following responsibilities:
- Engage and convert new and prospective customers
- Guide all converted customers in setting up their profiles on the company's website and sign-up for the service
- Ensure that all converted customers can effectively use the company's website for the service
- To be available to resolve all customer's complaints on the use of the company's website
- To actively and continuously engage existing customers, with the aim of generating more transactions with them
- To carry out any other task as may be assigned by management, in line with the current job function
In addition to the fixed monthly salary, the successful candidate is also entitled to a variable income which is dependent on the volume of transaction generated within a month .
