Job Description


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking
  • Set up meetings with potential clients, establish rapport and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Pitching products and/or service
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • To keep healthy relationships with clients
  • Can Develop and grow a Business
  • Any other itineraries as assigned by the management



  • 3-5 years proven experience as a Sales/Business Development Executive or relevant role preferably from a financial institution.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of Marketing and Negotiating techniques and persuasive selling.
  • Good with numbers
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of salespeople
  • Strong communication skill
  • 30-35 years Age Bracket
  • A male Preferably
