Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies in Nigeria, ensure group to achieve the hotel chain expansion strategic goals in Africa; Responsible for the formation and management of the Nigeria BD team, leading BD team to complete the company's annual expansion and franchising hotel signing task in Nigeria; Conduct research and analysis on similar products of competitors, maintain market sensitivity, understand market demand, seek and grasp market opportunities. Conduct client analysis, explore client needs, develop new clients and new market areas. Establish good cooperative relations with clients, participate in the negotiation and signing of major contracts of the company.
Working knowledge, skills and competencies and attributes: Confident decision-making ability, ability to handle and organize a huge labour force perfectly; the ability to foster confidence in the workers in the diverse situations;A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving; Ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information simply to a diverse range of people; Good negotiating and organizational skills;Good written and oral communication skills; Proficient in business etiquette and culture of Nigerian market;Excellent client management skills; Strong time management ability, work management ability, planning ability, execution ability; Some knowledge of hotel engineering, operation, etc; 8. Working knowledge of use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Full-time graduated from high standard university, preferred with experience in studying abroad; More than 5 years of marketing or business development management experience, at least 2 years in director-level position.
- Familiar with the Nigeria hotel market, having working experience in large franchising and management hotel group or tourism services companies or Internet companies or brand management companies.
