The person shall be responsible for the following:
Shall be the key contact in client communication and relationship
Shall manage the company’s Studio Management Software and shall
monitor the various steps from selling right to the processing of client
work i.e. from assigning who is to cover a job to ensuring the work is
converted and shared with the client, albums are designed, feedback
received from client and incorporated, printed and delivered to the client.
Shall follow up with client to ensure all payments are received as at when
Manage client relationships and up sell or create new business.
Solicit feedback from client in a structured manner to ensure such
feedback is documented and incorporated into our work after team
Ensure that client inquiries are attended to in a timely manner and are
brought to a logical conclusion before closing.
Shall be responsible for developing proposals, quotes, invoices, and
receipts and sending same to clients in a timely manner.
Shall be the custodian of the company official contact phone line and
shall manage the company’s Whatsapp account.
Shall recommend new business opportunities and avenues to
Build and manage the Fotolighthouse client database
Shall be responsible for maintaining communication lines with client long
after the final deliverable of the last job has been delivered
Will work closely with CEO in the implementation of business processes

The BDA would report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
She/he would be required to clarify her/his goals and objectives with the
CEO and review outcomes with him every week.
She would work very closely with the CEO to get input and approval on
proposals, estimates and invoices to be sent to the client.
She/he would be required to work closely with members of the
production team (i.e. the photographers, videographers, photo editors
and video editors) to ensure the timely, smooth and successful delivery
of every client project.
She would be required to manage the project tracking aspect of the
Studio Management Software to be able to track and update the CEO and
clients on the status of their job.
She would be required to work closely with the accountant in the area of
project costing, estimates, invoicing, recording payments, and sending
She would work closely with accountant to build and maintain an up-todate
accounts receivable schedule.
The BDA would work closely with clients to help them identify and clarify
