Job Description:

The Implementation Consultant manages the implementation and configuration of Xceed365 Workforce and Talent Management Systems. The Implementation Consultant ensures that all activities are carried out in an efficient, cost-effective manner. This person serves as an internal subject matter expert and supports all company activities including but not limited to system implementations, integrations, and process consultations. The Implementation Consultant reports to the Practice Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process
  • Perform business requirements analysis and design for specific modules
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in processes
  • Perform gap analysis between product functionality and client’s requirements
  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, or work-arounds to meet client requirements
  • Participate in creating project specific documentation for focus area(s).
  • Work with Methodology team when new document needs arise
  • Author project documentation
  • Document functional requirements
  • Resolves issues by obtaining and coordinating reaction among service areas and escalating as necessary
  • Identify and QA project efforts to ensure project decision/deliverables are sound; Will QA, at a granular level, all medium and large size projects
  • QA project documentation authored by Senior Consultants and Consultants
  • Lead project teams through design workshops and pilot environments
  • Tap into at internal (Team Member) and external resources to address decisions
  • Make and communicate design/configuration/process decisions on projects and research specific topics/issues when asked
  • Customer
  • Seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and build client relationships
  • Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions
  • Train users on new processes and product
  • Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of a client's general business and will be SME in Talent Management Clouds or other area of industry.
  • Communicate design decisions to the client


Minimum Requirements – Education, Skill & Abilities:

  • Undergraduate degree in either Computer Science, Human Resources, Organizational Development
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the HCM Industry
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a consulting environment as a Functional Lead with proven results
  • Minimum 5yrs experience working across various functional groups such as HR, IT, Sales, Finance, etc.
  • Understanding of and ability to author all standard documentation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently with little direction, collaborative, and team oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to clearly communicate concepts and processes
  • Working Environment:
  • Office Environment or Client Site
