- Responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and performing user acceptance testing as well as manage projects.
- Review business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Perform requirements analysis by interacting with users.
- Document and communicate result of business process improvements.
- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Perform User Acceptance Test.
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
- Serve as a liaison between IT and the business.
- Good knowledge of project management practices.
- Must be proficient in the use of software tools such as Visio, SharePoint and other Software design tools.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
- Understand different types of database systems and how they are used.
- Must be good at communicating business requirement and needs.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to design and apply test cases, test scripts and automated testing would be an advantage.
