Project Management Facilitator

We are looking for a Project Management instructor to join our project team. If you have relevant teaching and project management work experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

·        Deliver agile project management courses for prospective students and at client sites.

·        Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for course development or client customized training.

·        Prepare, edit, update and design training materials

·        Support program strategy for training and knowledge management

·        Manage the development of instructional courses and materials

·        Facilitating change at the individual and team level within client organizations.

·        Must be ready to prepare additional training materials if warranted

Requirements

·        A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on project management experience

·        At least 2 years of experience as a management consultant and/or professional instructor

·        Training/facilitation experience and an engaging presentation style a must; professional training certification desired

·        Demonstrated ability to facilitate classroom instruction using virtual technology

·        Ability to work as an independent contractor and willingness to travel

·        Background in IT a plus

·        A degree in I.T, Business or relevant field

·        PMP certification strongly preferred
