Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Salon

  • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the salon
  • Submitting an accurate weekly inventory of Salon supplies to the MD/CEO
  • Preparing required monthly reports for the salon
  • Preparing  and implementing monthly budget for the salon
  • Developing and executing marketing activities that will promote awareness of the salon
  • Maintaining relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
  • Requesting monthly requisition for the salon and as at when needed
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure timely fixing of equipment and furniture
  • Maintaining a proper filing system and filing all receipts
  • Conducting research and identifying ways of improving services to clients
  • Institute and conduct monthly trainings for all staff
  • Carrying out induction for new staff
  • Undertake any further duties as specified by Management


SPA

  • Maintaining relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
  • Developing and executing marketing activities that will promote awareness of the spa
  • Requesting monthly requisition for the spa and as at when needed
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure timely fixing of equipment and furniture
  • Maintaining a proper filing system and filing all receipts

Event Hub

  • Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the event hub
  • Preparing required monthly reports for the Event hub
  • Preparing  and implementing monthly budget for the Event hub
  • Requesting monthly requisition for the Event hub and as at when needed
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure timely fixing of equipment and furniture
  • Supervising the Marketing Executive in promoting awareness of the Event Hub
  • Supervising Event activities that hold at the Event Hub
  • Maintaining relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
  • Developing and executing marketing activities that will promote awareness of the event hub
  • Undertake any further duties as specified by Management


Others

  • Developing and implementing business management goals and objectives geared towards the growth and prosperity of the company
  • Maintaining excellent general sanitation and overall upkeep of the entire environment
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Spa, Salon, Event Hub surroundings and all ancillary operations
  • Ensuring that each department complies with company policies
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
  • Supervising the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensuring all matters arising are discussed with the CEO
  • Ensuring facility is properly maintained at all times
  • Maintaining proper accounting processes as have been instituted by the company accountants
  • Overseeing the activities of the Front Desk Officer, Salon HODs and Manager to ensure smooth operations are achieved

Requirement: 

  • HND or BSc degree in Business Administration, Finance, Psychology or any related field
  • Years of experience: minimum of 5 years 
  • Preferably: 28 – 35 years
