Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving annual top line growth as well as specific marketing objectives relating to brand health and equity.
  • Drive execution on advertising, activations, and brand experiences while working through multiple agencies and organizations.
  • Manage key aspects of new product development to launch multiple products and brands per year.
  • Develop and deliver consumer and internal communication and education on Wet Hair
  • Lead the planning and the implementation of large and medium scale projects.
  • Build a strong understanding of consumers and shoppers through partnership with CMI team and market immersions
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager and agencies in the development and execution of brand strategy
  • Drive team in launching multiple new products and brands/year
  • Drive execution on advertising, activations, and brand experiences while working through multiple agencies and organizations.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities and pricing to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Conduct weekly/monthly and ad hoc reporting and analytics on brand performance
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of innovation / incl pricing strategy / volume assumptions / product concept and claim / business case / Launch plan
  • Partner with Activation Manager and Salon Brand Manager in development of Brand activity plans / trade promo strategy / New Product Launches.
