The successful candidate will be expected to supervise all baking/finishing operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. He / She is also expected to design and create new product concepts.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a confectionery production and product design/innovation process. B.Sc / HND in a relevant field is required and a background in graphic design and related software an advantage.
