- Co-develop and execute company’s brand message and strategy.
- Craft media messaging across different platforms to increase company’s awareness on Instagram, Facebook & Twitter
- Develop advertising as well as PR and experiential campaigns on social media platforms specifically on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
- Develop strategic brand and event partnerships with various beverage & luxury brands that helps in elevating the Uber brand and awareness.
- Oversee development of advertising, public relations and all marketing communications to meet product objectives.
- Conduct marketing activities, optimize, track & monitor as needed.
- Identify media outlets for press releases and promotions.
- Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications.
- Create advertisements, Content and Sponsored Ads.
- Create weekly, monthly & yearly events concepts
Administration and Reporting:
- Develop and track marketing budgets, activities and results.
- Manage all administrative tasks associated with marketing, customer engagement, and PR.
- Act as the central point of contact and ensure that stakeholders are adequately informed of marketing initiatives both internally and externally.
- Use data-driven decision making to track and improve the performance of marketing and promotion efforts.
- Seek opportunities with different stakeholders to drive company’s growth and position as the premier lifestyle hub on the island
- Attend events that drive company’s publicity, socialize and familiarize with celebrities & social media personalities
Educational Qualification, Experience and Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, PR or Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 6 years experience in the events & hospitality industry, with a social media following of over 10,000 followers on either Instagram &; Facebook
- Service & goal-oriented style with great professional presentations skills
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, leadership qualities, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively organize allocated work activities, work to tight deadlines and coordinate in the effective organization of task and events.

- Proven in-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing, advertising ecosystem & social media sponsored Ads
